劉向軍研究員
劉向軍,機械工程學院微納機電系統領域研究員,博士生導師。獲新加坡南洋理工大學及數據存儲研究院博士學位。曾先后任加拿大阿爾伯塔大學國家納米研究院博士后研究員,新加坡科技局高性能計算研究院科學家。獲國家自然科學基金委外國優秀青年學者、“探索者計劃”、上海市海外高層次人才等國家和省部級項目資助和人才計劃資助。
