蔣學芹教授


   

蔣學芹,男,19813月出生,東華大學信息科學與技術學院教授,博導。專業方向為信息與通信系統。曾先后主持國家自然科學基金青年基金和面上項目、上海市青年科技啟明星、上海市教育委員會創新項目等縱向項目7項。目前擔任研究領域著名期刊IEEE Communications LettersIEEE Access的副編輯。已在國外重要期刊和會議上發表論文130余篇,其中SCI收錄80余篇(其中,ESI高被引論文1篇),授權發明專利13項(其中,已轉化2項)。參與編寫密碼行業標準《高斯調制相干態密鑰分發產品技術規范》、《高斯調制相干態密鑰分發產品檢測規范》,工信部行業標準《電信數據服務平臺第12部分》、《電信數據服務平臺第13部分》,《面向制造業的5G專網運營白皮書》。
